Prove It!

I understand a lot of herbalism is still seen as hewie and hokey and well, for hippies. My hope is that by creating this site you, the reader, will see that it isn’t just mumbo-jumbo, but a different way to look at treating ailments, illnesses, and life without reaching for over-the-counter meds.

Please know that I firmly believe that there is a time when over-the-counter drugs, prescription drugs, and yes, antibiotics are needed. I am in no way saying that natural remedies are superior and the only way, but I am hoping that by posting the studies and research behind some of my posts, you will come to see that there may be another way to start out.

The research has been listed under the title of the posts (i.e. Teething Pain, Elderberry, etc.). Please feel free to search to find what you are looking for, if you can’t find something, please let me know and I will send the links directly to you.
